AI agents for banking, from workflow to production
Build and deploy agents that assemble evidence, surface exceptions and prepare decisions across banking workflows. The AI Control Plane governs how they operate.
Deploy kyc-evidence-agent
Each agent is built around a defined banking workflow
The team that owns the process helps define what the agent completes, which systems it can use and where a person makes the decision. Explore how each agent works.
How it works
When front-office, accounting and custodian records disagree, the agent gathers the approved records, compares the fields, identifies a likely cause and cites the applicable policy. It proposes a correction, and a controller approves or rejects it.
What to measure
- Investigation time per break
- Manual system checks
- Unresolved breaks at reporting cutoff
How it works
When ownership evidence disagrees across applications, registries, tax records and screening sources, the agent gathers the approved evidence, maps ownership and prepares a cited case narrative. It cannot approve or reject the customer or clear an alert. A compliance officer decides.
What to measure
- Evidence-gathering time
- Onboarding queue age
- Repeated document requests
How it works
When a facility trips an exception, the agent assembles the file, retrieves the applicable credit policy, classifies the exception and drafts a cited recommendation. It cannot approve the exception or amend the terms. A credit officer decides.
What to measure
- Exception backlog
- Cycle time per exception
- Manual touches per case
How it works
When an alert fires, the agent assembles the account history, counterparties, prior alerts and KYC file across approved systems. It links related alerts, cites every source and recommends whether to escalate or close. An investigator makes the decision.
What to measure
- Time per investigation
- Alert backlog
- Repeated data pulls
How it works
When regulations change, the agent monitors approved sources, flags changes relevant to registered policies and drafts a cited impact summary. It cannot change a policy or make a filing. A compliance owner decides what changes and when.
What to measure
- Time from publication to impact assessment
- Coverage of tracked regulators
- Update backlog
Every agent, on the record
Agent identity records which agent acted, under whose authority and why.
One agent's record
Each agent is linked to a use case, an owner and a risk level. Policy determines whether each action is allowed.
Illustrative record.
The same controls apply to every agent
The AI Control Plane governs every agent across the systems you already use.
The control plane governs how agents use your existing systems. It does not replace your identity, your data, your cloud or your applications.
Your cloud or infrastructure
Deploy on AWS with Amazon Bedrock, or on Azure, Google Cloud, OCI, OpenShift or Kubernetes where those platforms are standard.
The platform inherits your existing identity, encryption and audit controls.

What banking workflows can AI agents handle?
moring builds agents for workflows such as commercial onboarding and KYC, investment-data reconciliation, lending exceptions, fraud investigation and regulatory change monitoring. Each agent is designed around a named business workflow, owner and operating boundary.
Can the agents run inside our environment?
Yes. Agents and the AI Control Plane run in your chosen environment, including AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, OCI, OpenShift or Kubernetes on your own infrastructure. They inherit the identity, encryption and audit controls you already operate.
Can an agent approve a customer or book a correction?
Not unless that authority is explicitly assigned. The examples on this page keep those decisions with named people: the KYC agent cannot approve onboarding, and the investment-data break agent cannot book a correction. The AI Control Plane records the boundary and the decision.
What evidence is retained for audit and review?
The record can include which agent ran, the source information it used, the model and tools involved, the policy that allowed the action, the result produced and any approval or rejection. Evidence stays attached to the workflow and its operating history.
How does the AI Control Plane govern banking agents?
It registers the business purpose and owner, scopes access to models, data and tools, enforces policy, routes required decisions to reviewers and records agent activity. The agent performs the work while the control plane governs how it operates.
