AI Control Plane workshop

Define the controls every agent action must clear

A working session for the teams who have to govern agents across the enterprise. We map your identity, access, approval and evidence requirements onto a single control path, then agree the sequence to put it in place.

Get started

Tell us the workflow and the constraint. We reply within one business day.

You leave with

An agreed control path, not a slide deck.

01

A control map for your environment

Where identity, policy, approval, limits and evidence are enforced today, and where the gaps sit.

02

Policy decision points

The specific points in your agent workflows where a policy decision has to be made before an action reaches a real system.

03

An approval model

Which actions require a named reviewer, what evidence they receive and how escalation works when they do not respond.

04

An evidence and audit plan

What is captured per action, how long it is retained and how it is presented in an audit or model risk review.

05

A rollout sequence

Which controls to put in place first, what they unblock and who owns each step.

06

A yes or no on outcome pricing

Whether the engagement can be priced against a named, measured outcome.

Who should attend

The people who own the controls and the people who need them.

The session works best with both sides of the table present: the teams responsible for governing agents, and the teams trying to ship them.

Security and risk

Owners of policy, access review and the standards agents will be measured against.

Platform engineering

The teams who run identity, networks, data permissions and the deployment path.

Governance and compliance

Model risk, audit and regulatory owners who need evidence rather than assurances.

Workflow owners

The business owners of the workflows the agents will operate in.

How the workshop runs

Turn the conversation into a practical plan

The session is built around your operating environment, the work you want agents to perform and the controls your organisation requires.

01

Set the objective

Define the workflow, platform requirement or delivery challenge you want to address.

02

Map the environment

Identify the systems, data, teams and policies involved.

03

Design the approach

Define what the agents will do, how they will be governed and how the solution reaches production.

04

Confirm what happens next

Identify the owners, dependencies and sequence required to move into implementation.

What we cover

What we work through in the session

Agent identity and authorization

How each agent is identified, what it may do in the context of a request and how that is evaluated.

Approval and delegated authority

Where the workflow pauses, who decides and what scoped authority they act under.

Evidence and audit

What is recorded per policy decision and tool call, and how that record satisfies a review.

AI Control Plane workshop

Scale agents without rebuilding the controls each time

Bring the workflows you want to govern. Leave with the control path, the owners and the sequence.

FAQs

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between this and the AI Control Plane page?
The page describes the platform and how moring assembles it. The workshop is the session where we map it onto your environment and agree what gets built first.
Do we need to have chosen a model or framework?
No. The control path is enforced at the substrate, so it applies regardless of which models or agent frameworks your teams use.
Who should attend?
Bring the people who own the business outcome and the teams responsible for the technology, data, security or governance involved. The exact group depends on the workshop you choose.
Do we need agents in production already?
No. The workshop can begin with an existing agent, a workflow you want to turn into an agent, or a platform capability your organisation needs before it can scale.
Will anything connect to our systems?
No. The workshop does not require access to your systems. Your team can describe the relevant environment, controls and constraints without connecting anything.
Who runs the workshop?
The session is led by moring’s AI and platform engineers, including the people responsible for building and deploying these systems.
What will we leave with?
You will leave with an agreed view of the objective, the operating environment, the required controls and the next steps toward production.
